1. Her Gym Routine
"[I am] back in the gym with my trainer, throwing heavy boulders around and pushing medicine balls and wiggling and shaking that big rope thing," Aniston told Vogue.

Why it works: Working out with weights not only builds muscle, but also keeps your body in fat-burning mode way after you've left the gym. "Lifting heavy weights is the best way to increase your metabolism, sustain long-term muscle growth and stay lean. If you're doing more than ten reps with ease, your weight probably isn't heavy enough, so vary your reps and consistently increase the amount you're lifting," explains Dustin Hassard, NCSF, Head Coach, Modern Athletics.

2. Her Elliptical Routine
After working with her trainer, Aniston jumps on the elliptical. "I do 45 minutes of intervals on my elliptical. I raise the incline, run for two mins, walk for one, run for two. . .and I do it for 20 minutes straight until I'm just drenched," Jen explained.

Why it works: HIIT, which involves short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a low-intensity phase that aids recovery, is one of the best workouts for fat burning. "The main point of HIIT is the excess post-oxygen consumption 'EPOC.' In other words, 24 hours after your workout, your metabolism is still revved up," says Jim White ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, Registered Dietitian and owner of Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios.

3. Her De-Stress Method
Besides for killing it at the gym, Jennifer also loves The Class by Taryn Toomey, a "cathartic" and "heart-opening, body-strengthening release," according to its website. The Class blends both calisthenics and plyometrics to chisel an "incredibly strong, lean, resilient body" and engage, as well as challenge, both body and mind.

Why it works: While we've never signed up for one of Toomey's intriguing classes, it seems like a great way to try something new while challenging your body. Plus, "If you do the same workout all the time, you won't make progress," says Dan Roberts, celebrity trainer and creator of Methodology X.
