CHIA LEMON WEIGHT LOSS WATER RECIPE



People these days are mostly struggling with weight gain and if you are too, you might have tried a number if things like weight loss drinks, supplements, work outs etc. Working out is necessary and drinking this chia lemon water can help boost weight loss and fat burning!

Benefits:

  1. Keeps you hydrated and also works as an electrolyte

Things you need:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon organic chia seeds
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pinch pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey


Directions:
In a serving glass, add water and chia seeds. Add in lemon juice, pink salt and raw honey.

Stir and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally, or until the chia seeds have formed a gel.  Give it a good stir before you consume.
